RE: madsrdf:RWO - http://www.loc.gov/standards/mads/rdf/#t23

The madsrdf primer states: "The madsrdf:RWO class is disjoint with 
madsrdf:Authority, madsrdf:DeprecatedAuthority, and madsrdf:Variant."

However, this seems to be missing from the MADSRDF v1 RDF file at 
http://www.loc.gov/mads/rdf/v1.rdf

That is, perhaps that RDF file could include:

`madsrdf:Authority owl:disjointWith madsrdf:RWO`


Please confirm and advise whether it should be added.
