Yes, it's on pages 31-33 of the proposal. Additional authors are coded with $d. I assume that under the proposal, you could get as many $d's as you needed for your authors. They would be like blanks available for filling in more data. The question, then, would be how the $d would display. I'm guessing it would probably trigger the display of space, semicolon, space. I suppose it could also be something like 2nd author, 3rd author, 4th author, etc., but that doesn't seem as appropriate as space, semicolon, space. It takes up quite a bit of room for one thing.
