Berkshire Record Outlet - https://broinc.com/ - has carried Encore CDs and DVDs for years. They are poor-quality bootlegs on CD-Rs and DVD-Rs I don't know is this is what you have or not.

I just purchased a very large CD collection, mostly classical. It included some classical DVDs including about 15 on the Encore label. They are not listed on Amazon and I couldn't find any on eBay. I assume they are unauthorized but know nothing about the company or who might be behind it.
Any help welcomed.
