I would want more information-though I personally cannot answer the questions.
What size are the reels, 7”, 10”, 14”? How wide are the tapes - quarter inch, half inch, etc, and what do the printed boxes say in full?
Agfa tape types are listed on the left column of this list:

And are those numbers handwritten or printed? It may be that they are sequential reel numbers, or take numbers, and the K could be the engineer or the artist…
