It has just come to light - as ARSC is posting the audio of Conference
Recordings from the last century (pre-2000) that no recordings exist in the
ARSChives of the 1990 Conference held in Hull, Quebec Canada. That is the only
year that is missing. That conference was a joint conference with IASA. I
missed that conference (one of only 2 since 1977!) and I often purchased
the tapes from Conference Tape - but I don't see that I have any. I did
contact the folks at IASA to see if it was recorded by them and if they had any
tapes in their archive. They just confirmed this morning that no tapes
exist and the conference presentations were probably not recorded.
So, might there be someone out there who recorded the sessions on their own
and still have the tapes. My guess is that Mike Biel video taped some
sessions, but not audio, and I'm not sure if he could locate even those.
Before we count out not having any audio records of the conference, I
thought it would be worth a posting here. If you can help, please contact both
