I have two of them. One is a 728 "Olympian" model. Excellent audio quality.
A two-speed, two-playback head machine which came is several configurations.
Takes 10.5" reels. One drawback is there's no tension arm after the playback
head to absorb sudden changes in tape tension when stopping and starting.

I was wondering about those. Were they commonly found in studios? (They
were ubiquitous in radio stations.) And were they reasonably easy to
adjust? And could any of them use 10.5" reels?
