a while ago MARK JENKINS of Countdown Media indicated they owned the 

Everest holdings, with some question about the material sold to RYKO.

 

Anyone know what the current status ?  Any significant releases on CD ??

 

I would particularly like to know if any of the corporate records,
particularly

recording session records exist for the TRADITION label.  This was
supposedly

sold to RYKO, there is question whether RYKO actually completed the
purchase.

Ryko was sold to Universal, so if there was documentation it probably went

to Universal.  Anyone know contacts there ??

Also possible someone from the old Ryko organization has records - anyone

have a contact ??
