I seem to have accidentally deleted the email regarding mounting a GE VRII 
cartridge in an old Ortofon headshell, so I don't know who sent it.

Didn't the old Ortofon headshells have a pop-out cap in the top of the shell 
that allowed it to accommodate a VRII?
