OK, but it's LDS 6407, not 9407 (I looked it up in Hunt's Karajan discography and Kim Weston's Living Stereo Discography; according to Weston, it was released in 1959). It's a Karajan Vienna Philharmonic Festival - there are several copies on eBay, though only one in stereo.

It looks like it's a collection of the Karajan non-operatic recordings that Decca made in Vienna for the Soria Series. All of them were released individually on Soria. Later, the rights to all reverted to Decca.
I don't know why yours should specifically say that it's sold only by RCA Victor dealers. Is it an American pressing?
Best,
Gary

All are PD. Brahms 1, Haydn 104, I think- I'm home and the records are at work, K. 550. J. Strauss Waltzes, Beethoven op. 92 I think.

I'm looking at a 4 stereo LP RCA Soria Karajan set, LDS 9407. It's a
packaging of 4 discs issued earlier individually, I believe. C. 1958.
In the perimeter print along the top, it says, "For sale by authorized RCA
Victor dealers only."
I don't recall seeing this on any other RCA releases of the period. Any
idea what this is all about?
