Hi Richard,
Thanks for your earlier email. Yes, it really is getting hard to find slotless reels and a lot of other analog tape supplies. Back in the early 1990s, when my analog era was drawing to a close, I stockpiled a large quantity of 10 1/2 and slot-less 7 inch reels and boxes, along with over dozen rolls of paper leader, and enough Agfa pre-measured slicing tape to make over 2000 splices. Since retiring in 2014, I've been doing volunteer work in our recording archive, and drawing heavily on the supplies I squirrelled away. Like you, I'm sure glad I saved all of this stuff. Now, even when you can find it, prices are very high.
All the best,
Gary

Hi, Stewart,
$8.50 for 100 feet? Are they certain that's not 1000 feet? The box could
be any size, but normally it comes in a 7-inch box and that would hold
1000 feet. I'm glad I bought some (I don't want to sell any) a decade
and a half ago.
I left the owner a voice mail message.
Cheers,
Richard
