The Army Counterintelligence Center (ACIC) Library has been tasked by the
powers that be with providing a consolidated training plan for Library
Management.

The template provided to us has the plan broken down into topic areas like
General Knowledge, Financial Knowledge, Leadership Knowledge, etc.

Then under each we are to list courses that apply.

Courses are to be listed as Basic, Intermediate and Advanced.
