At one point, as a newbie, I started a shared Google doc to collect contact information for the various CFBs. It might help you reach people directly Julianna.
I was going to send it directly to you Julianna but as there are gaps on the sheet I'll send it to the listserv in case anyone else wants to add, or edit the information.

Perhaps you may want to contact state centers in LAL "non-participating" states.. Those are -- according to the memo we received a couple of weeks ago -- ID, KY, NC, OR, KS, DE, SD, PR and -- we learned last week -- CO. (Josephine from CO won't be at NBF, though. Someone else from her staff is coming instead.) BTW -- I was surprised to see NC on the list because I recall Frannie Ashburn (director pre-Molly Westmoreland) was a huge promoter of the program., and I think I thought Molly was, as well.

After hearing that the bulk of our meeting before the National Book Festival would be dedicated to Letters About Literature, I am ust wondering if any other states/orgs that do NOT participate in Letters About Literature through their CFB would like to have a sidebar conversation or meeting on a relevant topic. I know CA can’t be the only one!
