We've had some requests for applications with a per account / per seat cost.
They're not big money, but I feel like I should be purchasing enterprise
wide, or number of concurrent users. Do you have a policy on this?

If an App or database is requested by a specific department, is priced by
individual accounts, and the library does not administer the accounts, it is
more appropriate for the specific department to fund / purchase / administer
that app. The library could include the App on their specialty portal, but
would refer any questions to a POC within the department.
Does this seem reasonable? I wanted a sanity check from the outside world!
