I didn't try it, does it run under Windows 10? It was written for
Windows 95/98! That page was last updated in 2003.
This is an important item and thanks for telling us about it.
I don't know what other tools are available for this, but for this one
conversion, there is a preset in the FFT filter in Samplitude/Sequoia.
