There are a few command line options for this kind of emphasis as well. The
program cdda2wav for command line CD ripping detects emphasis and has an
optional flag for de-emphasizing when ripping. I haven't yet tested this
yet though, so I can't vouch if it actually works as advertised.
Additionally, FFmpeg's aemph filter has an option for CD emphasis for
either applying or de-emphasizing an audio stream.
