An odd though flor this and similar tracings. Many of the folks appears in concert at the Library of Congress who should have old contact information.

Heather Harper made many recordings for Decca in the sixties, some of which
may still be earning her royalties. The legal department at Polygram may
offer some contact information. Otherwise, either the National Health or
the Pension office would be worth a try.
