Anyone know who we are looking at here?

I am working with some students on a project and this particular individual
has been identified on a couple of occasions as Lucious Curtis. Curtis was
recorded by John Lomax and Ruby Terrill Lomax in Natchez, MS in 1940.
Willie Ford also joined him during the recording session. Just wondering if
there is any way to confirm that this is, in fact, Lucious Curtis.
