Is there a database program that generates a report where what appears on the screen is an old-fashioned library catalog card?  I would hope it would also allow added entries.

 

Ideally, it would be accessed through a virtual card catalog drawer.  

 

If not available, has anyone found a site where this concept is in use, presumably customized?  There is a photo on a software box for one that is for recipes.  It doesn’t do that at all.
