Hi Martin,
DC10 has a Virtual Phono Preamp plug-in that does curves for a whole bunch of early LPs and 78s. The problem with it is that they don't tell yu what the turnover frequencies are and, even though the files for each pre-set are on-line text files, they told me a few years ago that the user could not write their own. This, of course, seems very strange. I keep DC 10 around for a couple of the plug-ins which, unfortunately, are not VST or DirectX compatible. I don't use it for restoration.

Martin,
Just got FabFilter ProQ EQ plugin. That might help you build the curves you want fairly easily.
