I can't speak to iZotope's software, but it's easy in Adobe Audition. To
get the LF equalization in RIAA or NAB, use the parametric equalizer to
get a +20dB boost at 50.05Hz 1/10 the turnover frequency). To get the HF
equalization for RIAA open the Scientific Filters and apply a 1st order
(6dB/octve) lowpass filter at 2122Hz (RIAA) or 1605Hz (NAB). To derive
other curves from published data, just apply a 20dB boost at 1/10 the
turnover frequenxy, as use Gary Galo's software to calculate the
equivalent rolloff for specified -dB @ 10kHz. With Columbia's LP curve,
a good starting point is to do a +14dB boost at 100Hz in the low
frequencies (using the Parametric Equalizer), and a 1st order lowpass
curve at 1605Hz (using the Scientific Filters).
Again, these are starting points, because some record companies didn't
follow the standards very well. If you have monitors you trust, use your
ears to verify.
Peace,
Paul
