I'm not as familiar with the Canadian program of broadcast distribution, 
but you may be able to find some of these on their national archive

     Ed Moogk wrote an excellent book on Canadian audio/recorded sound 
published the year ARSC, MLA, and IASA jointly met in Canada...in 1975. 
I doubt it contains anything which might be useful, but I sent all my 
discographical books to Columbia State University, ITA/Bridges archive.
