There's a copy of the British Columbia 78s on eBay. It's cheap enough, but the shipping charge is a bit steep.

Dear Clark,
I made a r/r tape dub of what is unquestionably one of the great recordings
in the annals of chamber music recordings many years ago, but if I still
have it it's in storage.
It's not a problematic recording to transfer if you have a clean copy
available. Made in NYC, it goes together pretty easily. Whatever time is
spent on it, it's worth it, especially for John Pennington's gorgeous
violin tone.
