I have checked the Marston 2-CD set and see that the Teddy Roosevelt political recording from 1913 (delivered to the Boys Club) [..."and hit the line hard."]
is not among the selections.
That was the one originally made by/for the teenaged "Robert Vincent" on a cylinder (Blue Amberol) It was not sold to the public but has survived.

There was a commercially released CD released about 20 years ago called “In Their Own Voices: The U.S. Presidential Elections of 1908 and 1912.” The Wilson addresses are on it along with speeches by Teddy Roosevelt, William Howard Taft, and William Jennings Bryan.
Wilson also recorded an Armistice Day message in 1923 shortly before he died which lives on the internet in various places.
