Archiophne, LOC ins a box. But there are many more bits and pieces. Parts of various radio addresses have shown up. Check with the Wilson Center at Stanford.

There was a commercially released CD released about 20 years ago called “In Their Own Voices: The U.S. Presidential Elections of 1908 and 1912.” The Wilson addresses are on it along with speeches by Teddy Roosevelt, William Howard Taft, and William Jennings Bryan.
Wilson also recorded an Armistice Day message in 1923 shortly before he died which lives on the internet in various places.
