I'm still working from stock I bought from Polyline Corp back in the 1990s, so I haven't had to buy any. I did find these on line this morning:
TracerTek doesn't specifically say that they're stainless steel. I would assume that both are grease-free, but it's worth asking just to make sure.
I don't actually use a razor blade for tape cutting - I have a Nagy 25STS splicer that I've had for decades, and would not part with. It still makes clean, repeatable splices that are a symmetrical 45 degrees in either direction. It's very difficult to find these used, however.
