Book lists is not a floating heading. All of these headings are specifically authorized.

Subject: [PCCLIST] Book lists
Colleagues,
I have in hand a bibliography that was created by LC for the Adjutant-General's School in 1941 - essentially, a list of recommended books to start a library collection for the School. In trying to assign a few subject headings, I've noticed that "Book lists" can be used as a subdivision under various types of libraries (Government libraries $v Book lists; Aquarium libraries $v Book lists), but as a main heading it is a see-reference to "Best books."
Not finding an authority record for the subdivision "Book lists," and I would like to know the appropriate usage. My main question: can it be used with specific institutions (e.g. Adjutant General's School (U.S.) $v Book lists), or only types of libraries?
Thanks,
