Do you have or have access to) Adobe Audition? You can dub the disc at
33.33 rpm, then resample it to whatever equivalent speed you like. No
doubt other DAWs will let you do that, but Audition is the one I'm
familiar with.
You'll need to do the dub with a coarse-groove stylus, and it's best if
you do it with a preamp without RIAA de-emphasis; if you use Audition,
you can always add de-emphasis after the fact.
