In Windows 10 and Chrome, if you get to the login page, you can use the dropdown menu of Chrome in the upper right hand corner (three little dots, select more tools and create a shortcut. This will be on your screen and you can go directly to the login screen. Doubt anyone will create an app for either iphone or android.
