The odd pages are also included in the pdf. All of the pdf pages appear as
they are printed, so from page 2 to 19, the pages are 'facing' each other.
So, for example, if you are looking at page 2, you need to scroll to the
right to view page 3. Please let me know if you are still having trouble
viewing the odd pages, though, and I will try to help.
