Hello ARSCLIST

I'm visiting a very old house in Northeast Pennsylvania that needs to shed
some old 78s.
It is not a "collector's collection" but rather an accumulated batch
(several boxes) of various popular records from the various eras of 78 rpm
discs.

There are some jazz-era records that I would like to keep, and I'd also
like to retain a few albums of appropriate music to accompany an old
Victrola which has been promised to a local historical society. Expert
input on which discs those might be would be welcome.

I can't vouch for their condition, but it's probably not pristine, in
general.

If anyone is nearby to Scranton / Wilkes-Barre area and would like to
examine the boxes on the porch, please email me off-list.

I can also visit the attic to take some photos and pull some discs, if
there is interest.

We need to create some space here but I can't bear to dumpster these just
yet, which is a feeling I'm sure you can all relate to.
