There are Columbia Masterworks 78s from the 40s that have green labels - typically pops concert fare, like Andre Kostelanetz doing Strauss Waltzes, Nelson Eddy and Risë Stevens in highlight from Oscar Strauss's The Chocolate Soldier, etc.

Columbia used a green label for its foreign series until the forties. After purchase by CBS, Masterworks series labels remained blue and popular discs were red.
