The Posen speech has been digitally preserved at the Library of Congress. It was pressed to approximately 40 vinyl discs. You can contact the Recorded Sound Research Center for more information. I don't know what restrictions there may be on the material.

Subject: [ARSCLIST] Himmler Posen Speech
Since the National Archives is not available, does anyone know where a full copy of Heinrich Himmler’s 1943 “Speech to the SS Officers” at Posen might be available? An excerpted version is available online but the entire speech is needed. I believe they have already checked with the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.
