Hello and Good Day to all. Stay Safe & Be Well 👍😷👍
I'm helping out a producer friend who is in search of a radio broadcast to
license for a feature film.
The radio broadcast he is looking for is a Sunday, September 6, 1953 of a
Walter Winchell broadcast and transcript. It was the broadcast he accused
Lucille Ball - I Love Lucy - of being a communist. I was told that the
radio transcripts can be found at the Billy Rose collection of the NYPL at
Lincoln Center, if it in fact exists, and I have sent an inquiry.
However, if the NYPL doesn't have the transcript or a radio broadcast of
that can anyone suggest who might have his radio broadcasts or the
transcripts them?
Thank you
Best
David
