If this is regarding valuation for donation in re taxes, feel free to
contact me off group as I have had some recent experience with the same.
BTW, and in summary, charitable in-kind donations under $5000.00 do not
require professional valuation for IRS/State tax deductions. But you must
receive a professional appraisal for deducting donations greater than
$5000.00. And glory be, the deduction may be rolled forward for five more
years.
