We use a model made by Excalibur very similar to this link below. I
can't see our specific model as a normal offering on the website. Ours
has digital keypad controller you can set the bake time for up to 99
hours continuous. It also has special heating/cooling cycling functions
that were developed for the FBI to speed up the drying process, but I
wouldn't recommend using these functions. We have several of them in
house and have been using them for about 10 years without any issues.
They will hold the temp you set with a variance of 1 degree to either
side of your desired setting. For the price they are a great value.
You'll have to talk to someone if you want the FBI model.
