Raegan Patrick-Mudd, a Family Advocacy Program Specialist from USAG
Rheinland-Pfalz, will present a training on stress and customer service.
The goal of this training is enhance effective engagement between staff and
their customers. Participants working in customer service will look at
different types of stress responses and corresponding communication
strategies to prevent escalating stress levels in the workplace.
Participants will also review specific verbal and non-verbal de-escalation
techniques to de-escalate customers experiencing moderate of or severe
levels of stress.
