I believe there was a Soviet 78 set of that work, but I can't recall who might have been the conductor. I have the Rodzinsky Chicago recording on red RCA Victor 45s, but I don't remember if he made one in Cleveland before that. Dennis Rooney would know, so perhaps we'll hear from him.
Best,
Gary

Hello everyone.
I’m looking for the very first recording of Gayaneh Ballet ever recorded -
suite or complete. Does any know which that would be? I have the Kurtz
and the Rodzinsky. Were there any before those?
Regards, Ben Roth
