Also, even more specifically: The issue under consideration in the PCC Feasibility study is only authorized access points for selections that are incomplete collections of *literary forms* by one agent.
It doesn't address such oddities as a work titled "I went to the worst of bars hoping to get killed, but all I could do was to get drunk again" being assigned the CCT "Photographs. Selections."
