I should add that the sales figures of the Humeniuk/Avramenko recordings
that I mentioned as an example might have even been tiny by the standards
of other Ukrainian recordings. After all, their cultural impact was in
their use in Avramenko-"franchised" dance schools, and there were only so
many of those in the country to sell to...
