Has anybody else used audio interface that is capable to record straight in 32bit float? I have been using Sound Devices MixPre 6-II for some months now and I have been very happy with it.

With 32 bit float I don’t have the care about the gain and risk of clipping because device is capable of digitizing over 0db level. Earlier I was frustrated when digitizing reel-to-reel tapes when you can’t know exactly the right gain position beforehand.

Has anybody else experience of those devices that can handle 32bit float?
