The Association for Recorded Sound Collections is very pleased to announce the publication of ARSC Journal 52:3 (Winter 2021).
This ARSC Journal special issue celebrates the advent of a public domain for sound recordings in the United States, and includes a CD containing 27 tracks recorded before 1923. These recordings, now in the public domain, were selected, transferred, remastered, and annotated by ARSC members for ARSC members!
