Hi Chuck,

Please try clicking Yes to grant permission, even though you do not have a
camera or mic. The permission is really just for those that have these
devices and should not affect your experience if you do not. As Melissa
offered, please reach out to [log in to unmask] if you continue to have
issues entering the Rooms.
