All subscribers from FEDLIB-L had to be removed so that they could be
moved to the new "FEDLIB" list.  Some people missed my explanation which
followed the removal (below; should be in your inbox), and panicked when
they saw the terse message from the listserver.

If you read the messages out of sequence it may have been somewhat
confusing.  Again, no users have been *removed* from FEDLIB-L, only moved
to the new list.  Sorry for the confusion; we're just trying to fix a
problem caused by the server...
