FLICC Meeting Announcement 97-10
FLICC Series of Orientations to National Libraries and Information Centers
FLICC is proud to present a series of orientations for federal librarians
to the services and collections provided by our National Libraries and
Information Centers. The orientations focus on the support these
institutions can give to libraries and librarians that serve the Federal
Government. Come learn about available interlibrary loan, document
delivery, and reference services; about collection development,
preservation and technical processing practices; and about the large
libraries experiences with harnessing technology to serve the agency and
the public. These programs are free, but registration is required. Sign up
by calling FLICC at (202) 707-4800 or registering online through the Member
Services section of the FLICC website at http://lcweb.loc.gov/flicc.
