Member Support Coordinator, OCLC Pacific, Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
The OCLC Pacific Training and Support team provides education, support and
marketing services to member libraries. As a primary help desk team member,
the Member Support Coordinator offers high quality and comprehensive support
and instruction for OCLC products and services. Primary activities include:
responding to member queries via phone, e-mail and fax; providing technical
assistance to the user in arriving at a solution to the problems and
reporting these problems and coordinating new product information for staff
and members.
This position requires extensive library experience and demonstrated
expertise in the use of OCLC PRISM services. A customer service focus and
familiarity with office automation tools are required.
