In cleaning out a storage room, the U.S. Naval Observatory discovered
the antique equipment listed below. If anyone knows of a library
equipment archive, please let me know.
Mimeograph machine for printing library cards. Includes stencils
for typing cards and ink. (2 machines - one very old, and one from
the 1960's)
Electric eraser for erasing catalog cards (includes box of eraser
refills)
Small triangular shaped soldering iron with wooden handle. Not
clear what this was used for, but is is clearly a library tool.
The Naval Observatory Library will pay shipping costs.
