Has anyone ever encountered the problem I am currently having with both
Panorama Pro and Free.

I get the following erroe message when the viewer tries to read the public
identifier:

"Can't resolve DTD . . ." and the error is located between the " and
the > in the public identifer.

This has happened to me on two separate workstations with both Panorama
Pro and Panorama Free.
