We have two suggestions regarding <bibref>.
1) We suggest permitting <persname> and <corpname>, as well as the
more general <name> that is already allowed, within the tag, to allow
for tagging author names.
2) We also suggest allowing <date> outside of <imprint>, as with
magazine articles there is often no need for the imprint tag except to
code the date.
Example as it is now: <bibref><name>Jabbour, Alan</name>, and
<name>Joseph C. Hickerson</name>. <title>African Recordings in the
Archive of Folk Song.</title> <title>Quarterly Journal of the Library
of Congress</title> <num>2</num> <imprint><date>July
1970</date></imprint>: <num>284-85</num>.</bibref>
Proposed changes: <bibref><persname>Jabbour, Alan</persname>, and
<persname>Joseph C. Hickerson</persname>. <title>African Recordings in
the Archive of Folk Song.</title> <title>Quarterly Journal of the
Library of Congress</title> <num>2</num><date>July 1970</date>:
<num>284-85</num>.</bibref>
