Element:  <odd> and <add>
        We have a few comments on the discussion concerning <odd> and
     <add>.  We do not think <add> should be moved into the <archdesc>, as,
     by its very definition, it is not part of the archival description.
     We do think, however, that <separatedmaterial> should be allowed
     within <odd>, as it is "information about the material being
     described" as opposed to "information that will assist in the use of
     the materials being described, but is not in itself archival
     description."
