A follow up to the message I just posted a second ago. I think Kim
Scott's "why?" is a question that everyone involved in EAD implementation
needs to take seriously! If the Web page(s) from which you provide
access to the Web-browsing community to your EAD-encoded finding aids
doesn't adequately address said question, I think it is safe to assume
that there will be a growing number of Web users with a reaction similar
to Kim's.
